Customer Reviews
Consistently good experience
This was my third order from We Feed Raw, and it was consistent with my previous experiences. I usually get the bulk raw patties, a mix of turkey and lamb, for my two dogs. Each time, the order has been correct, and the patties arrive well-frozen. I appreciate that they've maintained the quality. The delivery to my apartment in Chicago has always been reliable, usually within 4-5 days after shipping. I keep coming back because the food works well for my dogs' digestion, and I haven't had any issues with their service over several months. It's a solid choice for raw feeding.
Fast delivery, good food
Got my duck patty order quickly. Dog loves it. Easy to store. Will order again.
Good quality, delivery concerns
I ordered a customized meal plan for my German Shepherd, focusing on the beef and chicken patties, as he has some allergies. The ordering process on the website was straightforward; I could easily select his age and weight to get a suitable plan. The first box arrived in about 6 days to my address in Phoenix, which was a little longer than I expected for a perishable item. Everything was still frozen solid thanks to the dry ice, so no issues with spoilage. My dog took to the raw food immediately, which was a relief since he's a picky eater. The quality of the meat looked excellent, genuinely human-grade. I did have a question about portion sizes for an active dog, and their customer support chat was responsive, though it took about 15 minutes to connect with someone. Overall, the product is great, but they could improve on shipping speed transparency.
Dog liked it a lot
So I tried We Feed Raw for my poodle, got the chicken patty meal plan. My dog is super picky, but he actually ate it all up, which was a big deal. The delivery came pretty fast, and the food was still cold, like it just came out of a freezer. It was easy to just put in the bowl. Felt good giving him something better than kibble. I might stick with this, seems like a good fit for him.
Solid food, minor issues
I got the trial box with beef patties for my golden retriever. The food quality was noticeably better than what I'd been buying; my dog had more energy and a shinier coat within a few weeks. The subscription setup was easy enough, and I liked the option to customize proteins. However, the packaging could be a bit better. Some of the patties were slightly squished in the box, though still perfectly fine to feed. Delivery was on time, no complaints there. I think they offer good value, especially with the subscription savings, but a little more robust packaging would be a nice improvement.

Hey, wondering if anyone's tried this with a super picky eater? My dog turns his nose up at everything, even other raw brands.
Thinking of trying the trial box. Does anyone know if there's usually a discount for first-time orders, or should I just go for a regular subscription?
